HELLO. I'm Bonnie, I'm a personal trainer and online coach based in a private studio: Peak to Peak Fitness Glasgow. When I first started going to the gym seven years ago, I didn't have a CLUE what I was doing. I felt overwhelmed and like an imposter. Maybe you feel the same, or maybe you're completely fed up with your lack of progress.
You don't want to be a fitness model or olympic athlete, you just want to work hard and be stronger and fitter without becoming obsessed with the gym and missing out on life.
I have been there, and I can help you. 

CONFIDENCE

- Free 60 minute consultation with me to hear all about you and determine the next steps to ensure you get the best possible service

- 1:1 movement assessment to identify any problem areas or weaknesses. 

- 1x 60 minute session with me per week, working specifically towards your goals.

- Personalised training programme (home or gym) for any training sessions you do without me, specifically tailored to you, your lifestyle and your goals. 

- Direct message access to me from 8am-8pm every day of the week.

- Access to the Peak to Peak Fitness community group chat.

- Weekly mobile check-ins with me.

MID
