HYBRID TRAINING

IS A PERFECT CHOICE FOR

beginner-intermediate level individuals who are feeling stuck. You don't need the weekly 1:1 sessions but you don't quite feel ready to go fully online. You want the freedom of training on your own schedule and being independent, but you'd still like a bit of coaching time to go over your lifts and your form. You want to work with someone who's fully invested in your journey and who can support you both in and out of the gym.

HELLO. I'm Bonnie, I'm a personal trainer, online coach and pre/post natal coach based in my private studio: Peak to Peak Fitness Studio in Glasgow. When I first started going to the gym eight years ago, I didn't have a CLUE what I was doing. I felt overwhelmed and like an imposter. Maybe you feel the same, or maybe you're completely fed up with your lack of progress.
You don't want to be a fitness model or olympic athlete, you just want to work hard and be stronger and fitter without
worrying about your programme or if you're doing things wrong.

I have been there, and I can help you. 

CONFIDENCE

Develop confidence with your movements and learn more about what you're doing in the gym and why. You'll finally feel really sure of your technique.

You'll build a sustainable and healthy lifestyle and establish a workout routine that works FOR you and AROUND you, so you don't ever feel overwhelmed.

HYBRID PACKAGE

- INITIAL CONSULTATION
Free 60 minute consultation with me to hear all about you and determine the next steps to ensure you get the best possible service


- THE PROGRAMME

Personalised training programme (home or gym or both!) for all of your training sessions specifically tailored to you, your lifestyle and your goals. 

- MONTHLY CHECK-IN CALL
We'll have an in-depth catch up to chat about your training programme, sleep, stress, diet and recovery to ensure your training is always working for you, not against you.

- UNLIMITED TECHNIQUE FEEDBACK
You can send me videos of your training for feedback so you never waste your time on the wrong technique or risking injury. 


- 1:1 SESSION
You'll come to the studio 1x per 4 week block to go over your programme and any specific exercises you'd like to work on together.

-NUTRITION SUPPORT
I'll support you in how to eat to improve your training and recovery. You'll also have access to the Peak to Peak recipes, so you won't be stuck for ideas.


- DAILY DIRECT MESSAGE ACCESS
I'll be available every day from 8am-8pm for you to message me any questions or comments. You'll never feel alone on your journey.

- PEAK TO PEAK FITNESS APP
This is your central hub where you can access your training programme, coaching videos, track your progress, measurements, food diary and more!

- COMMUNITY

Access to the Peak to Peak Fitness community group chat.
