Hey! My name is Bonnie Bruce and I'm the owner
of Peak to Peak Fitness.
I'm a fully qualified Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer and Conditioning Coach with a huge passion for helping people improve their fitness, health and well-being. I'm based in Peak to Peak Fitness Studio: a private personal training studio which I run with my two colleagues.
When it comes to fitness, I know how easy it is to
get caught up in comparisons and feel like you're standing at the bottom of this huge mountain while everyone else seems to be setting up camp at the
top. I know this because I remember being there.
I never used to be sporty or active in any way.
I wasn't flexible or fast. I wasn't strong. I couldn't
do a single push up. When I first thought about
making a change, I remember looking up and
seeing this huge climb ahead of me and thinking
I'd never reach the peak.
Then one day I took the first step.
Was I scared? Yes.
Did I know what I was doing? Not at all.
But I decided my goals were more important.
I realised my dreams were bigger than my fear
I started working out at home, following YouTube videos. Home workouts turned into fitness classes. Fitness classes turned into stepping into the weights room for the first time. From that day, everything changed and since then I've tried weightlifting,
strength training, bodybuilding, Thai boxing, pole dancing, callisthenics, plyometrics, flexibility training and everything in between.
And now, years later, here I am: a fully qualified Personal Trainer who's ready to take you on your
own journey. It's your time now.
