Glasgow based personal training sessions are the perfect option for all levels. Whether you’re a beginner who wants to learn the ropes or have been training for years and are looking to step your game up, 1-1 sessions will streamline your training and help you achieve your goals no matter your experience.
1-1 sessions are 60 minutes long and clients receive regular check-ins, nutrition advice and guidance and access to the Peak to Peak Fitness group.

their training. You can be based in Glasgow, or anywhere else in the world. Struggling with programming or accountability? Want to stop planning your own training and just show up and follow the plan?
Remote training includes personalised programming, weekly check-ins, access to the Peak to Peak Fitness group and a monthly 30 minute call with me to discuss your week and make any necessary changes going forward.
